Kem BioNut is a nut shell made from ground hazelnuts (Siberian, European and Korean cedars) and walnuts shells of hazelnuts (Siberian, European and Korean cedars) and walnuts.

Depending on the degree of grinding, fractional composition, the chemical product is available in the following grades:
K-1, fractions from of 0 to 1 mm;
K-2, fractions from of 0 to 2 mm;
K-3, fractions from of 1 to 3 mm;
K-5, a fraction from of 3 to 5 mm;
K-10, a fraction from of 5 to 10 mm;
K-MIX, fractions from 0 to 15 mm.

Destination

Kem BioNut is used as a colmatant as part of an oil and gas drilling fluid absorption control package. It provides mechanical filling of voids and cracks in the borehole walls, occurring on the inner surfaces of drilling wells. Can be used as an absorbent for oil spills at the wellhead, or at the place of storage or pumping.

Recommendations for use

Kem BioNut is used in colmatation packs of visco-elastic compositions in concentrations of 1−200 kg/m3.

Packaging

Kem BioNut is supplied in multi-layer paper or polypropylene bags of 25 or 30 kg.

Kem BioShell is a ground sea shell, the chemical composition of which is calcium carbonate of organic origin.

Depending on the degree of grinding, fractional composition, the chemical product can be produced as the following grades:
KR-1, fractions from 0 to 1 mm;
KR-2, fraction from 0 to 2 mm;
КР-3, fractions of 1 to 3 mm;
КР-5, fractions of 3 to 5 mm;
KR-10, fractions of 5 to 10 mm;
KR-MIX, fractions from 0 to 15 mm.
