Mobile sludge drying unit (UMOSH)

The Mobile Cuttings Dewatering Unit (MDSU) is designed to extract the liquid phase (mineral/synthetic oil, oil, diesel fuel) of hydrocarbon-based drilling mud from drilled rock by means of centrifugal acceleration and is a continuous vertical centrifuge with an automatic loading control system providing separation of liquid and solid phases.

The system consists of modules:

VORTEX vertical dehumidifier 1pc;

Brandt HS-3400 Centrifuge 1 unit;

Auger conveyor 2 units.

Vacuum separation system for drilling mud and cuttings

A means of extracting drilling mud from drilled rock with minimal cost and resource involvement, high drilling cuttings moisture reduction, reduced drilling mud losses, and reduced drilling waste

The separation system consists of:
pallets (receiving umbrella);
control unit (vacuum pump).
Vacuum separation technology has the following advantages:
Implementation, vacuum separation systems do not make design or technology changes to the mud cleaning stage system, additional equipment or upgrades;

Technology

The system consists of:
The vacuum pump is connected by a hose;

The receiving sieve is installed under the last, in the direction of flow, sieve panel of the vibrating screen or sieve-hydrocyclone unit;

Under the influence of the briefly created rarefaction of the movement, a vacuum pump dries the drilled rock.

  • The frequency of operation of the vacuum pump is adjustable, which makes it possible to select the optimal mode of operation of the vacuum separator.
  • Extraction of a larger volume of drilling mud with the same working area of the screen panels.

Specifications

The system includes:
A single, safe, pneumatically driven, automated pulse generating device powered by rig air or an optional mobile air compressor.

Flocculation-coagulation unit (FCU)

This unit is designed using a chemical centrifuge enhancement. This innovative discovery using flocculants and coagulants has greatly simplified the slag cleaning process in a closed-loop circulation system. With this unit, even the smallest and most inconspicuous particles can be cleaned, which no equipment previously used for this purpose can cope with.

Mortar Preparation Unit (MPU)

The drilling mud preparation unit is designed for preparation and storage of drilling mud during oil and gas wells drilling and is used as a part of drilling rig circulating systems in pitless and low-waste drilling.
